The Lord's Prayer

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
Philippians, 4:6

Prayer For May

Our Father in Heaven,
Hallowed be Your Name.
Your Kingdom come.
Your Will be done
On earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation but
Deliver us from evil.
For Yours is the Kingdom the Power and the Glory
For ever and ever.
I will teach you hidden lessons from our past. Stories we have heard and known, stories our ancestors handed down to us. We will not hide these truths from our children: we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the LORD, about his power and his mighty wonders.

Psalm 78:2b-4

LORD; you told stories to the people who wanted to listen. Help us to to tell our stories so that others can see your truth in our lives. Help us to recognise the importance of all you do for and through us, and make us good story tellers for you.

Al this we ask in Your Name, Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour.
